Five hundred images became four decisions.
With no internal precedent for a customer-facing physical-AI space, workshop output became structured input for a trained image model. More than five hundred visualizations were narrowed to four directions that could move an actual decision. At the same time, temporary retail activations kept the address public while the permanent storefront advanced through engineering, fabrication, landlord review, and construction. One project established the future experience; the other protected continuity during delivery.
